History


3-OPP (M) Sdn Bhd was established in 1991. In 1994 we started specializing in the Fiber Optic Telecommunications field. We manufacture high reliability fiber optic components for use in the transmission of voice, data, and video over fiber cables. From the start, 3-OPP has been committed to provide quality services and to become a reliable and trusted local supplier of products and services in the telecommunications industry. 3-OPP is 100% owned by lqrah Holdings Sdn Bhd a wholly owned Bumiputera company. We are also an approved company under Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhad (PUNB) for the manufacture of Fiber Optic related products. We are registered with Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Celcom Malaysia Berhad, the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia and PETRONAS for the supply of telecommunications products. Two of the world’s largest industries is information technology (IT) and telecommunications, and over the long term, global demand for IT and telecommunications makes 3-OPP’s role more important and its contribution more vital.

The aim of 3-OPP’s Quality Management System (QMS) is to ensure that all products and services supplied by 3-OPP is of exact specification and ready for use. Our target is to achieve and operate under ISO-9001 : 2000 guidelines to meet our QMS standards.

The organization is rule by an empowered team and is result oriented. The company practices a reward and recognition policy which provides incentives to each division on achieving their monthly or contractual targets and meeting customer needs with zero defect in time or service.
